The geographical location of our company brings us under the London borough of Southwark, whom we are registered with and privileged to work with throughout the year, providing catering services to their busy events calendar.

EVENT: The Event
LOCATION: Southwark Park, London
CLIENT: Southwark Council
ATTENDANCE: Upto 30,000
Southwark Council approached us with the brief to provide quality catering concessions for the Event, a music concert organized by their events division – Southwark Presents. Our proposal to manage the entire catering operation lessened the Council’s workload and allowed them to focus on the rest of the event production. On the day, we provided a full variety of hot food offers ranging from Barbecued meats through to traditional Fish & Chips.
This was complimented by numerous full draught bars selling craft beers and traditional ales. To round off the catering offer we also provided ice cream and refreshments across the site.
